Delivery

We handle a high volume of daily orders throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, and the US. Our primary shipping provider is DHL.
Following dispatch, we will send a Track & Trace notification to the email address provided for delivery.
During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees vary based on the destination country.
For deliveries within the Netherlands, we apply standard shipping charges of €10.00 (excluding VAT) for parcel shipments on orders valued below €120.00 (excluding VAT).

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for minimum orders of €120.00 (excl. VAT).

Pallet Freight

Certain products require specialized handling and shipping on a pallet or in bulk volume. When such items are ordered, a standard fee for pallet freight will be applied during checkout.
For shipments within the Netherlands, the pallet freight cost is determined by factors such as the item’s volume, pallet size, or the number of pallets required. Only upon receiving the order can we accurately assess whether the initially charged standard freight fee is appropriate. If the calculated amount differs, we will promptly communicate with you regarding the correct shipping or pallet freight cost.
Any adjustments in the amount will be made through subsequent calculations in consultation with you.

Return

When purchasing a product or service online, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without the need for justification. The products must remain unused and undamaged. Upon receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be processed, and a credit note will be sent within 1-3 days.
The refund will be credited to your account within 10 days.

Pick-up

It is possible to pick up orders at our warehouse in Geldrop. During checkout, you can select the pick-up option. Naturally, no shipping costs will be charged for pick-up. When selecting the pick-up option, we will contact you as soon as the ordered items are ready for collection.
The pick-up address is: Eurostat Benelux, Neuenseweg 135, 5667 KP Geldrop.
Warehouse Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 12:30 / 13:00 to 17:00, Saturday and Sunday: Closed.

Delivery Time

If the products you’ve ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 5 days.
Occasionally, the indicated stock may not be immediately available for direct delivery from our warehouse because our warehouse consolidates goods from orders that have not yet been processed into the webshop’s inventory. If Eurostat Benelux unexpectedly does not have the products in stock, the delivery time may vary.
You will receive an order confirmation from us within 2 working days, specifying the delivery week of the item.
Eurostat Benelux reserves the right to deliver orders in partial shipments.
The products you have ordered will be delivered to the address you provided.
